POTENTIAL BUILDING DEVELOPMENT SITES  

VILLAGE MEETING

Gedling Borough Council is to host a meeting for residents to find out more about progress on the new local planning document and to have your say on future growth options. A number of potential building development sites have been identified in Burton Joyce :

• Land off Woodside Road
• Glebe Farm
• Lambley Lane
• Land to the north of Orchard Close
• Hillside Farm

It is not suggested that all of these sites in Burton Joyce Village will be developed for housing – no decisions on which, if any, sites are to be allocated have been made BUT it is important to come to the meeting and have your say.
